ERGILYS Academy

A carbon footprint your teams know how to redo is worth more than a report they never read. The Academy trains executives and teams with cases drawn from their own business.

A programme for each role

Each programme starts from what the participants are responsible for. A board member, a head of procurement and a reporting team do not need the same course.

What we
teach.

  1. ESG for executives and board members

What funders expect, and the role of the board.

  2. Reporting and data quality

    Indicators, collection, evidence.

  3. Climate and carbon

Reading a GHG inventory, building a pathway.

  4. Sustainable finance

What banks, investors and donors look at.

  5. Governance, ethics and compliance

    Risk, internal control, whistleblowing.

  6. Responsible procurement

Assessing suppliers and helping them improve.

  7. Impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation

Theory of change, indicators, results frameworks.

  8. Management and change

Bringing teams on board with a transformation.

The formats
we offer.

  • Executive seminars
  • Workshops built on your own cases
  • Role-based programmes: executive management, finance, HR, procurement, risk, audit, operations, communications
  • Training for in-house trainers

Who it is for

Executives, board members, managers and operational teams in companies, financial institutions and public organisations.

How a course is put together

  1. Taking stock. A conversation about the participants’ roles and level.

  2. The plan. Programme written with you, case studies drawn from your own work.

  3. Steering. Sessions run in the agreed format: seminar, workshop or role-based programme.

  4. Handover. Materials handed to participants, and in-house trainers prepared if you wish.

Common questions

All questions
Can the courses be tailored?

Yes. Content and workshops are adjusted to the participants’ responsibilities and to the situations your organisation actually faces.

Do the courses lead to a certification?

No, not in the sense of a professional certification, which only accredited bodies can award. How attendance is attested is set out in each proposal.
