Service
Climate & environment
Before setting a target, you need to know how much you emit and where those emissions come from. We measure first, then set a pathway your budget can sustain.
Discuss your needs
Collect once, answer everyone
The framework depends on who is asking: GHG Protocol, TCFD, IFRS S2, CDP or a donor’s questionnaire. We collect the data once and report it in whichever format is requested.
What we
do.
Greenhouse gas inventory
Scopes 1 and 2 measured in detail, a first estimate of scope 3, refined in the following years.
Reduction pathway
Costed levers, scenarios and dated reduction targets.
Transition and adaptation plan
Actions, owners, timetable, and the climate governance that keeps it on track.
Climate risks and opportunities
Physical and transition exposure of your sites and your activities.
Energy efficiency
Energy and carbon indicators, savings ranked by priority.
Environmental assessment
Water, waste, resources and biodiversity, with a plan to reduce the impacts.
Circular economy
Waste recovery, eco-design, material flow analysis.
Environmental management
Methodological support in setting up an environmental management system.
What you
keep.
- A documented GHG inventory
- A pathway and a transition plan
- A climate risk analysis
- An environmental assessment and its action plan
- Data ready for CDP, TCFD, IFRS S2 or your funders
Who it is for
Manufacturing, energy and utilities, mining and quarrying, agribusiness, construction, transport and ports. Any organisation whose customers, bank or donors are asking for its emissions.
How the engagement runs
Taking stock. Organisational boundary, collection of activity data across your sites.
The plan. Calculation, review of the results with leadership, choice of levers.
Steering. Transition plan under way, energy and carbon indicators tracked.
Handover. Method documented, so that your teams can redo the inventory the following year.
Please note
Third-party verification of an inventory is the role of an accredited body. We prepare the inventory and its documentation so that it can be verified.
Common questions
All questionsWhat does a first carbon footprint cover?
Your direct emissions (scope 1) and those from purchased energy (scope 2), measured in detail. Scope 3, your value chain, is given a first estimate, to be refined in the following years.
Do we need perfect data to start?
No. A first inventory relies on the invoices, meter readings and consumption figures you already have. Assumptions are written down, and data quality improves from one year to the next.
